Socio-ecological impact assessment and transfer
The transfer study of work package 5 will consist of a social-ecological impact assessment (SEIA) as well as an analysis of transfer potentials. The aim of the social-ecological impact assessment is the analyses and evaluation of intended and non-intended effects of the technical and organisational measures to the environment and the society. This will result in recommendations for different stakeholders such as local decision makers and the project itself. The analysis of transfer potentials will examine options and ways to transfer the developed concepts and technologies to other regions. In this process risks for the implementation will be identified and assessed. Furthermore, knowledge transfer through academic education and vocational training is envisaged. This will be supported by a practical operator manual compiled with the results from technology, agriculture, economy and governance.
Work package 5 is divided into four key research aspects:
- WP 5.1: Academic education and vocational training
- WP 5.2: User manual
- WP 5.3: Social-ecological impact assessment and analysis of transfer potentials
- WP 5.4: Conferences, workshops and publications
